Refund Policy


General Program Refund Policy 
If the Department cancels a program before it begins, all fees will be refunded.

If you withdraw before a program begins, fees will be refunded as follows:
 - A credit will be issued to your online account minus a $10 administration fee.
OR
 - A check will be issued to you directly. All checks will be subject to a $10 administration fee.

If you withdraw after the program has begun or if your child is dismissed from a program, there will be no refund.

*Credit Card Convenience Fees are non-refundable.
